In Skyrim, you can get eso gay to any marriageable character regardless of gender and nobody comments on it being different, and in the Dragonborn expansion you can come across the bodies of a gay couple, while in ESO there’s quite a few gay/lesbian couples, including at least three quest-related ones I can think of.

Narrative director Bill Slavicsek speaks out about the backlash to non-binary companion Tanlorin, saying that they belong in ESO's world. We have recently removed some unnecessary back and forth from this thread.
